Last updated: April 2026
We respect your privacy. In line with our principle of operating without unnecessary bureaucracy, we have prepared this document to clearly and transparently explain what happens to your personal data when you visit hatonero.pl or contact us.
1. Who is the data controller?
The controller of your personal data (the entity deciding how and for what purpose it is processed) is:
HN POLAND Sp. z o.o.
ul. Obozowa 57, 01-161 Warsaw, Poland
KRS: 0000791306 | NIP: 7010932401 | REGON: 383662359
For matters related to personal data protection, you can contact us by emailing: kontakt@hatonero.pl.
2. What data do we process and for what purpose?
We only process data that is necessary for us to communicate and operate our website:
- When you fill out the contact form: You provide us with your name, company name, email address, and the content of your message. We process them solely to respond to your inquiry and present our agency's offer (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – actions necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – our legitimate interest in communicating with website users).
- When you browse our website: We collect anonymous statistical data and server logs (e.g., IP address, browser type). We do this to ensure the proper functioning and security of the site (Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. How long do we keep your data?
We do not keep data indefinitely. Your data from the contact form is stored for the period necessary to handle your inquiry, and then for the time resulting from potential legal claims (usually up to 3 years) or until you raise an effective objection.
4. Who do we share your data with?
We ensure the confidentiality of your data. We do not sell it to any external marketing entities. However, your data may be entrusted to our reliable technological partners (so-called data processors) without whom our website could not function:
- Hosting and email service providers (where our website and email inboxes are physically located).
- Google LLC – we use the Google reCAPTCHA v3 service to protect our form from bots and spam. This tool analyzes website traffic (including IP address). This action is based on our legitimate interest (protection against spam). More information can be found in the Google Privacy Policy.
5. What are your rights? (GDPR)
European law guarantees you full control over your data. You have the right to:
- Access your data and receive a copy of it.
- Rectify (correct) your data.
- Erase data ("the right to be forgotten").
- Restrict data processing.
- Object to processing.
- Data portability.
To exercise your rights, simply email us. If you believe we are processing your data unlawfully, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland or your local data protection supervisory authority.
6. Cookies Policy
Our website uses cookies (small text files saved on your device). We use them prudently:
- Necessary cookies: They ensure the basic functioning of the site and security (e.g., the aforementioned reCAPTCHA). You cannot disable them because the site would stop working properly.
- Functional cookies: They allow us to save your preferences, e.g., the fact that you closed the cookie banner (so you don't have to click it on every visit).
You can change your cookie settings at any time directly in your web browser settings (e.g., Chrome, Firefox, Safari) by blocking or deleting them.
